She loves Jumping Party and chose to have her party there. I love it too! It is somewhere that we can run and play together. She makes a pretty good model :) especially when she is having so much fun!

Oklahoma with Mattie

Mom and Rosa picked up Mattie and they all went to Alicia and Papa's house in Oklahoma for a visit. Mom had a problem and needed help, so I went up too. I am so glad that I did because the memories of family are a lasting treasure...

AWWW... it is so awesome that Rosa loves her cousin Mattie so much and looks up to her like this. I know that it can be hard for a young teenager to spend time in the world of a six year old... but she does it and they are both greatly benefiting from the experience.

Memorial Weekend

Memorial Day Weekend

Mom, Dad, Rosa and I went to Papa and Alicia's house in Oklahoma. It was the first chance to visit Alicia since she had recently moved from Washington DC.

Jennifer, Aunt Wanda, Cameron, Collin, Cearcy and Cara came up for part of the time. We couldn't go swimming at the lake or rivers because of the recent flooding. There wasn't much to do except sit around and visit, that is just as I liked it... country life!

Jennifer and I drove the kids to Ardmore and went to the park. Rosa fell asleep on the way and slept through the park. She woke up just in time for ice cream at Baskin Robbins.

Then on the way home... Cara and Cearcy fell asleep.

Pennington Park

I took the girls to Pennington Park. We ate our food at the picnic table and then played on the playground. Tina and Gizmo came by to play too.

Pennington Creek was a little stinky because it had been flooding. The girls liked looking at the animals but didn't want to stick around for long.

Cloie was so excited to go see the tank... until we got there... I think she wasn't impressed.
